Gencom has skilled engineering staff in NZ, Australia, Singapore and South Africa. In addition there are Gencom representatives available in most South East Asian countries as well as India and UK.
As a part of the support we offer, we provide an introduction to our manufacturers’ help-lines, and can offer SLA’s and support contracts tailored to suit individual requirements. Extended warranties are also on offer and other arrangements by negotiation.
Full training on products, software and completed systems is available if required.
Phone lines are manned during business hours (8.30 am - 5.30 pm) in each country, and on a best effort basis outside of this time.
