At IBC: Sierra Video will be found in Hall 8 at Booth #8-B81

New digital routing, display and control products, will be introduced by Sierra Video Systems at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) being held at the RAI in Amsterdam, September 7-11, 2012

Joining the award winning Aspen router product line is the new 72 by 72 3G router, offering unmatched performance and facilities in a very small footprint. Requiring just 4RU, the Aspen 72 is just 64mm deep. With its built-in GUI-based control system, the router offers full set up and control plus the ability to control other routers. Fully SMPTE 424 compliant, all Aspen routers provide cable runs up to 150m at 3G.

For larger systems, the new MediaNAV web-based control system provides full system management and control over routers, control panels, multi-viewers and other system devices. Together with the new, stand-alone, 1RU MediatorEC  router controller, MediaNAV provides a control link between existing legacy equipment and new web-based products. With an intuitive GUI-based interface, MediaNAV can be used with a lap-top or a tablet, including Android  devices – essentially anything with a web browser.

On display will also be the complete range of Sierra multi-view products. When combined with Aspen routers and MediaNAV control, very cost effective multi-view systems up to 72 by 8 can be created, with a single point of control.

At IBC Sierra Video will be found in Hall 8 at Booth #8-B81.

Located in Grass Valley, California, Sierra Video is well known as a supplier of high speed switching equipment to mission critical applications.
